Emotional freedom technique

Emotional Freedom Tapping (also known as tapping and E.F.T.) is an effective intervention for short term therapy. E.F.T. is helpful for people with:

    •    anxiety

    •    panic

 

    •    depression

    •    chronic pain

    •    trauma

    •    stress

    •    weight loss issues

    •    other problems specific problems. 

It’s a short term treatment 6-8 meetings. The advantage over other proven approaches is that as a client you learn to use it on your own in your everyday life. Studies have shown that it contributes to a decrease in symptoms and provides release from traumatic memories. It is not a relaxation technique.
